Great ceilings and great location-- in the heart of the town. Really nice doors all around the church.

If you are going to Como be sure to visit the impressive cathedral, which is also the seat of the Bishop of Como. The Cathedral dominates the centre, with its green roof and mosaic style stonework in the Gothic style. It has a Latin Cross...More

This cathedral dominates the city centre. You can visit for free. It took me 3-4 mins but worth it to drop in.

If you are fortunate enough to visit Como this cathedral is a must see. There is a 1 Euro charge to enter which I paid with pleasure. Tapestries, breathtaking alters are among the sites. A good place to sit, take a breath and reflect.

The tourist entrance is used when the Duomo is in Service so non-participating guests will not interrupt the religious program.
