The outside pool is very beautiful. The sauna overlooking the lake is not to be missed. Don't forget to get a good massage.

Unless you are having treatments go for the 1.5 hour option which is long enough for the experience. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools with options to swim, be massaged by the thermal waters as well as saunas and steam rooms

Had an enjoyable morning in the pools for one and a half hours, which in my opinion is long enough. The jets were amazing.... The toilets were not and stunk of urine. I had a full body massage after which was extremely good.

I don't know with train or bus but with the car it only takes 40 minutes... you might be able to find a bus, with the train you would be able to get there but it will not stop in Sirmione but in the city near it.
