This home, an excellent example of a European urban villa, features fine craftsmanship in an Art Deco style that contains references to Futurism, which is fitting considering that its architect was Piero Portaluppi, considered "Mussolini's architect" for the many works he created that met with...More

Beautiful home designed in the 1930s by a great architect, later greatly revised by a different architect. Interesting visit, lovely gardens, a peaceful retreat from the city. The house itself is a gem and definitely worth seeing.

If you like architecture and style, this is a must to visit. The art is great, too. Recommended to lunch or have a drink in the beautiful garden pre or post the guided tour.

To be honest, nothing that special. It's a usual big mansion, nice but nothin extraordinary. The area is very nice.

I first learned about it through the movie "I Am Love" which starred Tilda Swinton. The details of this house is exquisite. I highly recommend Milan visitors to include this in their itinerary.

Only with guided tour. Except for the hall and the library, I thought the rooms were rather ugly. Especially the furniture. I do recommend a visit though.
