A nice city gate - no more and no less. Nothing very special but the entry to the famous Navigli District.

The area; canals, bars and markets is very nice. The gate itself is not that special, but a nice monument, the old gate to the city I think.

Amazing market around the canal. Loved the small restaurants and had the best pasta ever. You can buy a lot of home made stuff

Great monument to the early port to Milan. I never new Milan was served by waterways in early days! Very close to the "port of Milan.

The gate itself isn't all that interesting, but a stroll down Corso di Porta Ticinese is a nice way to spend an hour or two. It's a funky little street with boutiques of locally made clothes, artisanal panettone, vintage jewelry, etc. Some very interesting shops.

Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are
two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande.
The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk
with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes
in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns
