Best of Milan Walking Tour with Skip-the-Line to Duomo & ‘Last Supper’

1,277 reviews
More than 1,000 people visit Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper every day. Not surprisingly, visitors spend a lot of time waiting in for tickets and admission. On this walking tour of Milan, you’ll get skip-the-line admission to see the painting so you’ll have plenty of time to see rest of the city’s sights, including the Duomo and Sforza Castle. A small group means plenty of time for questions.

This nice baroque church was built in 1662 by friars Agostiniani Scalzi, after the closing of the church in 1796 for Napoleone’s abolition of all orders of friars and nuns , it was reopened in 1829. Found closed so I can admire only the facade built on in 1892 and the bell tower built in 1882.

This church is a block away from the frenzy of Corso Buenos Aires' shopping and near Porta Romana in Milan. It is baroque and has a beautiful chapels on the sides and a majestic altar. Worth a visit if you like baroque style churches.

all the churches in italy are beautiful, they have the beautiful alfresco ceiling yet still hold some down to earth reality, not too much gold, enough to make it a little special

Our group of friends who admire the faith and the culture of cardinal Ravasi is named Gruppo di Guello as it was formed in the 70th in that lovely place named Guello, just overlooking Bellagio and the marvellous lake of Como. Since that period card. Ravasi accepted to celebrate the Xmas mass in one of the churches of Milano. Year by year we were an average of 400 people - believers or not - attending the function. The church of Santa Francesca Romana is the 2017 choice not only because is historical and central but also because the parish priest was a pupil of cardinal Ravasi.
