Took us ages to locate our entrance, you can only enter at your designated gate, and they are randomly positioned. Took a bus there from central Turin. Couldn’t locate the special bus returning to the train station.

Have you tried TicketOne? Their website seems to use English too. You have to register to access it. Unfortunately I can't help you with your other questions. Good luck.
