For a place like this everything will be great, because scenery is fabulous. Botanic garden is pretty interesting they have large collection of mountain flora and fauna. Best time to visit is June because then everything blooming. Ticket for garden is included if you go to Pointe Helbronner.

A lovely place for a quick easy walk in the mountains, fantastic lots of flowers and insects aplenty. The views are spectacular too. Recommended.

A nice place to stretch your legs after queueing and riding the cable cars. Shame not many flowers were in bloom at this time of year. Entry very reasonable too.

This is a great location as part of the Skyway, but the time to visit would be early summer when the plants are blooming. I went in August and there were no flowers. Since it is part of the skyway up to Point Helbronner it is worth getting off to admire the scenery.

We had to rush around this garden as it was late in the afternoon when we got there, on our way down the mountain. It was beautifully kept and there was a very wide variety of alpine plants in the collection.

We went to the Val d'Aosta on vacation. To our delight, we found the Giardino Alpino Saussurea. It is the highest botanical garden in this area of Europe. The views are breathtaking. You get a 'on top of the world' feeling that is awesome. You have to take a cable car to get to it and it is worth the... More
