Great square, lovely view

One of Padua's gems. It is very nice in late afternoon light. Definitely a great place to sit and have a drink and just relax in nice weather.

Piazza dei Signori is a beautiful square in historical centre of Padua. For centuries was a place for civic celebrations. The square is dominated by the famous Clock tower.

A lot of people, a lot of food and a large selection of cheap clothes particularly on Saturday. Some open good restaurants and food shops

This is usually a busy clothing market in the morning and then the most popular spot to hang out in the evening for students (and it should be for tourists). After the morning rain, we enjoyed a sunny and lovely spot in the piazza for an Aperol spritz (along with chips and olives) before we headed to dinner. All this... More

Our apartment overlooked the piazza and it was splendid seeing the lights at night and the market all day

While working in Italy our sponsors took us around Padua at night where we strolled through ancient open markets, gazed upon beautiful buildings, maps, statues and more. Hope to visit again.

A great place to shop in the flea market in the morning and a better place to enjoy a light meal or drink in the evening. Grab one of the locals to tell you the whole story of the clock tower. It is very interesting and symbolic. Nice views all around.

It is one of the most known place in the city to meet friend for a Spritz in town. There are also a couple of restaurants with tables on the square to enjoy the view in summertime. You must go there if you pass by.

One of several piazze in a chain thru the old city. This one has a number of cafes and restaurants with nice views of the historic buildings.

In the centre, so why not just walk around and spend the extra minutes. Great little shops around to have a snack.
