Well worth it to look on your walking tour of beautiful Verona - for this is a smaller piazza with a Statue of Dante and some restaurants and bars surrounding it. Overshadowed by Piazza Bra and Erb....but definitely worth a look and a nice quiet...More

Rather small but very very beautiful piazza. A lot of people here. You can see the Italian culture in a nutshell in this place.

One of the joys of Verona is its piazzas and this is one of its best. Sit in a cafe and drink a spritz and watch the world go by

Dantes statue, a real palace of the lords of verona, the house of the judges in ancient times and the judges domain (tower). What an extraordinary square - best seen with a guide so you know what you're looking at - the history is out...More

It's not a very big square, but there is a statue of Dante, and it's very pretty to walk around and look at the other buildings.

Heavy tourism location. Therefore, heavy pick-pockets and sales hecklers. The Piazza is beautiful, but its more city like than it should be.
