This is yet another beautiful church in Europe. This church is called the Shrine of Our Lady of Bonaria but it is sometimes known as Our Lady of Fair Winds. There are some beautiful works of art throughout the church as well as some relics on display. Before you enter the church, as you are walking up the steps, be... More

This place was beautiful, I liked the ground floor but I wasn't wowed until I went down into the crypts. They were so intricately designed and the architecture has so much attention to detail! A great place to visit while in Cagliari.

Interesting but the main church is not that old or decorative, probably because we bombed it. The walk along the seafront is lovely.

The views from the top of the church steps is very good. Don't quite see why it has such a high rating. At least there is a nice park behind the church which is worth visiting. There does not seem to be much around this church to do. It's a bit out of town, but quite easy to access using... More

The Basilica is average when compared with other basilicas in town. The views from here to the castello district, grave yards, and harbor are pretty good. It is easy to access from the marina via bus line 5.

If you are interested in religion, history and art then this is a must. We were surprised at how much time we spent here. Despite what it looks like on the map, you can walk there from the railway station area quite easily.

This church is a bit out of the center. An interesting church, as far as churches go, with a long history. It's a bit of a climb up, so you have to be prepared. Good views of the city and the cemetery below.

It's a lovely church and well worth a visit if you're in the area, but I wouldn't rate it as the top attraction in Cagliari. We spent about 45 mins inside, and a while longer in the grounds trying to make friends with the local cats! Amazing views of the cemetery round the back.
