Do NOT under any circumstances book a tour with this company. We booked our tour the day before to Mount Etna. We paid €5 deposit per head on a €30 ticket to the cable car. There were two of us. We were told the bus leaves a 11.30am next morning. We arrived at 10.55am and were asked to go for a coffee in the plaza and to wait. We did and returned 11.25am. He then announced the Tour wascancelled, not enough people. The thing which was so bad and unscrupulous was he waited until the other tour company's bus opposite had left for Mount Etna before he told us so we could not catch it. He returned our €10 deposit. This is appauling and this tour company should not be in business. Our day was ruined. BEWARE!!!!

One star is excessive for this organisation which clearly has no interest in providing customers with the experience they have paid for. We paid 15 Euros for the tour that included the picturesque coastal town of Aci Castello and on arrival were assured that the bus was scheduled to pick up at the designated point every 60 minutes. We waited for over ninety minutes to rejoin the Katane Live service which failed to appear - we were effectively abandoned by the company. We then had to seek out the local bus service (Number 534) to return to Catania which at least provided good value for the 1.60 Euros we paid for the ticket.

10 euro per person, about a 30 minute loop with automated duration. Open air vehicle, nothing fancy, we basically used it as a taxi from the cruise port to the center of town and back again.

We asked at Tourist Dream and they leave every 50 minutes. €15 per person. Went a few meters down the street next to St Agatha's cathedral and asked these shucksters and it was the same price for the same tour. So we walked back towards the red Dream Tour bus that was about to leave. And the sales guy said okay €25 between you. So we asked when the tour was going to start and he said 10 mins. So we (foolishly) went for it. 25 mins later our sales guy had gone and I asked the new guy when we are (finally) leaving and he said 5 mins. So we waited and after that we gave up got off the bus and asked for our money back. "No, not possible", they said. We said, "We can't wait here all day. We have been here for 40 minutes now. We want our money back." They said that the bus was coming. But we were already on a bus so we were wondering what they were talking about. I overheard the sales guy offering another couple the same long tour up the coast for only €20. Their English was intentionally poor. I shoved the ticket towards the guy they said was the boss. My wife then raised her voice and demanded a refund. No budging. A smaller bus arrived and all the other six passengers were told to go onto the other smaller and already occupied bus. We said we didn't want to go on this one and I stood in front of his mini bus and said, "Just give us our money back please." My wife continued to pester the man in charge (of the mess). Eventually after 5 mins of raising our voices all 3 representatives started discussing us and bickering loudly with each other in Italian. Then the manager said okay and gave us a refund . But it was only €15. We said that it was actually €25. He was trying to get us to go on this smaller bus tour that only went around the city centre and not up the coast and keep €10. We said we wanted €10 more back and after another few mins he relented and gave us our €10. How ridiculous arguing with the customer and then expecting you to get on his bus feeling upset. Avoid.
