Free entrance, friendly custodians who give a little tour. A former church of the adjacent former hospital (hence the name "spasimo" means spasm) now housing a jazz music school. This used to be a church, it is now an empty building that shows all the architectural styles that went through it.

Liked the gothic architecture and the stylish refurbishing: ideal remaking of a ruin into a 21st century concert venue. The atmosphere reminded me of Melrose Abbey in Scotland
