We decided to Hop on the Red City Sight Seeing Palermo Bus to get our bearings and take advantage of the excursion to Monreale for 5 EUROS extra. The bus picked us up on Sunday right in front of the Teatro Massimo. We had 24 hour passes and decided to go to Monreale the next morning at 9:40. The bus... More

It is not clear if the customer got on our bus: in fact there are another red open buses operating in Palermo. It would be useful if the customer could send us a copy of the ticket. Furthermore, the customer did not write the day in which he took the bus: so we cannot analyze the conditions of traffic in... More

We had a few hours in Palermo from our cruise ship and this seemed a good solution. Downside - everyone came off at the same time leading to long queues and a wait. However the staff were very good, kept us informed and we enjoyed two different circuits which gave us a good overview of this large and interesting city.... More

Arrived in Palermo on a cruise ship, greeted by city sightseeing & bought 2 tickets. Bus crew totally unhelpful supposed to be every 30 minutes. Came out of the Palace at 2.00 & waited 45 mins to find there were no more buses. Surely they should run until the ship is due to depart. When we were dropped at the... More

Unfortunately in Palermo operate other companies with us with much worse standard of performance of our own, we have 7 buses that operate with real frequency of 30 minutes checked with an advanced geolocation system with GPS on the busses . We are afraid that you have purchased services from a company that is not our ( our is Palermo... More

Regrettably I damaged my foot as I arrived in Italy for an 11 day holiday so when we had four days in Palermo (we'd normally walk everywhere) taking a double deck open top bus tour was ideal. Expensive: I believe we paid about 30 Euros each that gave 24 hour hop on hop off (there's a joke in there somewhere)... More

We took this tour to familiarize ourselves with the city. The headphones were constantly cutting out despite trying a number of different locations on the bus. The tour provided some history of the city but there were long periods of just music playing on the headsets. They played the sound over the loudspeaker on the bus in the predominant language... I do appreciate these city bus tours as i find them a great way to get your bearings - especially if new to town. Finally managed to " hop on " despite it being 25 minutes late. Paid the fees and had to ask for the headset. Quite a few of the jack points for the speakers were not working... More

Good service, and very helpful young lady. The commentary was obviously spoken by a bilingual lady (I am bilingual myself) and was excellent in English, especially as she did not murder the Italian names. I would just have wished for a little more detail at times. Thoroughly recommend.

This is an expensive way to see the sites and a lot of time is spent going around streets that are not tourist orientated because of the one way system. Buses did not run on time and we wasted lots of time waiting for a bus that did not turn up after 1 hour wait. English translation good. Would not... More

We are fans of open top tour bus rides because you're given an immediate sense of scale and layout of the city. With the added advantage of making your own 'to visit' list. This particulat tour is a genuine hop-on, hop-off bus with stops in all the right places. Very professional commentary. 20 euros per person might seem expensive but... More

Spends too much time in city centre 'as stops are rather apart. Badly served on the trip to Monreale as company used an open sided smaller bus when forecast was for rain and everybody got drenched - no consideration for clients. Driver and assistant were protected of course. Had to return to hotel disappointed

Dear customer, we are sorry that your experience on board Palermo City Sightseeing was not fun, but the line to Monreale, which is six times daily, must necessarily operate with a small open top bus because of the roads of the beautiful town Arab-Norman. Our open bus formula unfortunately takes into account the possibility of being wet by rain in... More
