Tried this tour out today and it was dismal at best. When we bought the tickets, the young lady assured us that all three lines (blue, red, green) were running . Not true. Only the blue was running. She also said it was an audio guided tour. Not true again. There was a tour guide on the bus but unless you were plus or minus two feet from her and you happened to catch her not using her phone you were completely clueless as to what was going on. Don't waste your money and just get a city bus for a tenth the price and you will have exactly the same experience.

The worst experience on a hop on off bus!!! Our guide was more intrested in talking with the driver then Kelly nice what was going on. We booked a 24 hour ticket that was supposed to end at 3:00 p.m. And the gal said that the was the last stop at 1:39 p.m.

The agents at the port told us they had more busses than the Red line and so we would be able to hop on an off more often . Not True, and their busses are much smaller than the Red line . Ear phones didn’t work from the start . After fiddling with them for 20 minutes ( passing all the sights we were not hearing about) we were told we had to get off and wait for another bus, which would take approximately 30 minutes with no guarantee we would get on . We decided to walk . We ended up walking all over the city ,back to the port and never saw another yellow bus to hop on. This company is a total rip off. Save your money don’t use them

Absolutely dreadful. Paid when we got off the ship for our tickets. Had to wait over an hour for the bus which you can supposedly hop on and off!! Everyone was getting annoyed and angry. We tried to get o money back but. It a chance. Eventually got on the bus. The previous passengers were forced to get off so we could get on. Shocking as no organisation and the staff were not helpful at all and quite rude once they had your money. Avoid at all costs. Use the red city sightseeing if you must go on a tour and pay the extra.

Took 10 Euro return trip to Monreale Duomo. Left 15 minutes late from near Cathedral it was raining quite heavily and incredibly there is a roof but no sides so the rain just poured in. Passengers sitting in the bus with umbrellas funny if it wasn’ t so unpleasant Pick up at 5 pm ended up being at 6 pm I think other passengers thought the bus want coming and in the horrible weather ended up paying another 15 Euro for a taxi Avoid ArTour The Duomo was grand but Not worth the effort
