Went in with low expectations and was thoroughly enchanted by the whole museum. The exhibits were in several languages clear and concise, very interesting and informative. The facilities were good too.

A lovely & fascinating little museum with lots to see including papyrus boats. Of tremendous importance because of the efforts of the world renowned curator who has revolutionised the way papyrus is reconstructed and is lauded world wide for his efforts.

The history of the beginning of "pre-paper" is here in a small and excellent modern and informative museum. Extremely well thought out with excellent displays makes this a great 30 to 45 minute visit to a lovely space with a unique topic to share.

In less than an hour, your historical perspective will expand considerably. Small, specific, highly effective in its display. Nice building, great location. And the kids liked it!
