Booked the spa for a rainy day and went down to a dark basement with dirty flip flops and some robes not packaged and clean. Unacceptable for a spa, especially one open during covid. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. We left before we used anything as we didn’t feel comfortable and were asked to pay 25% of the fee even though we left 5 mins after walking in the door. On a rare rainy day in Taormina I requested a 1 hour deep tissue massage to sort out my poor body from all the walking of tge previous few days. Booking was pretty easy, I just sent a message online and got a response within 24 hours. The people were reasonably friendly and the massage was nice and relaxing but not the focus deeper massage my poor muscles needed. Having done massage myself I was surprised that there was no discussion beforehand on what I wanted and which areas to focus on or anything and no after care that you usually get at a spa. Kind of made you feel like a bit of meat that just brought the money in. To end on a positive, it was a pleasant enough experience and if you are after a generic relaxation massage it'll do the job. It was a grey day so we decided to spend the afternoon at the spa...we had emailed the spa the day before and they were really helpful and prompt in their response. We booked a 90 min spa followed by a 45 minute couples massage for 150 euros. We had a really warm welcome and had the whole spa area to ourselves; there was a large jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, hot/cold shower and large beds to relax on plus tea, coffee and fresh juice. We then had an excellent all body massage in the same room. We enjoyed the experience and the warm welcome and would definitely recommend. …

This place was lovely. We managed to get by between us with my broken Italian and the ladies less broken English. They were very professional, on time and great at hair and make-up. I loved my time at the salon, for both the trial and actual wedding day. I had my hair and make-up done at 12pm and it was still in place by the time i got to bed. I would recommend this salon.…

Only positive was being seen straight away, was there for a simple pedicure and the result was sloppy. Had to tidy up the nail polish when I got home, paint in all the areas that were missed. 28€ was not value for money, sorry.
