We did the course as part of the Tuscan Sun Festival and for me it was the highlight. Great fun, informative and satisfying to understand how cheese is created. To see mozzarella (without doubt my favourite cheese) being made and then to eat it whilst still warm was a magical experience. The Magi family are truly passionate about their profession... More
