We visited one evening after the company’s function. The palazzo is as beautiful as most historic buildings in Florence. They always have great exhibits that are truly unique. The one we went to see was called Cinquecento in Florence that featured unique art pieces from...More

This is a great art venue. Have been here at least a dozen times. Have seen some well curated exhibits and amazing art. The current exhibit is the least interesting I have seen here. A nice exhibit of period work but not many that caused...More

We bought our Firenze card here and luckily the exhibition had opened that day so there wasn't that many people there. Wonderful exhibition with so many lovely works of art.

A stunning exhibition of mid 16th century artworks that have been painstakingly restored. The colours are incredible and listening to the audio guide gives you details of the cleaning processes to get down to the original paints, then the analysis of the paints to determine...More

As I was walking to the Strozzi, some mugger tried to rob me. I did fend him off, but I wasn't so lucky when I got to the ticket office at this 'gallery'. 12 euro down the toilet. As soon as I walked into the...More

The current exhibit - Cinquecento in Florence - was not one of the best exhibits I have seen at the Strozzi Palace. We have seen a number of special exhibits over the years and most of them have been excellent. Then again, art is a...More

Palazzo Strozzi celebrates the art of the 16th century with this extraordinary exibition between modern manner and counter-reformation. Over 70 masterpieces from very talented artists until 21-JAN-18. Even Mick Jagger could not resist 😉

This palazzo was not on any agenda but I happened to pass by and decided to pop in! What a treat. In addition, consider getting the Firenze 72 hour 72 euro card which gives you access to literally hundreds of museums (each costs around 10...More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
