It was great to hang out at the piazza, we saw artists painting their beautiful artwork, and got to eat good food and the scenery is fantastic. Il duomo is amazing and makes for a great view

Stunning architecture and views. It was a bit cold when we got there so plan your trip during warmer weather.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city

You can visit it any time of the day. The restaurants in the piazza are open till late and you can always walk down the nearby roads and find lots of stalls for road side shopping.
