What a beautiful city. So full of culture & friendly people. A must visit. Because of cobblestone streets can be a challenge for wheelchairs. My mobility scooter really took a beating on the cobblestone & so did my body. Our hotel was walking distance to...More

We've done hop-on hop-off in other cities (Rome, London, NYC, SF, Prague and others), and found them to be a good way to get a quick overview of a city. But this Viator line in Florence wasted much of our time. The bus was 45...More

The trip is good and we really enjoyed the tour. They covered most of the important places and we got down and taken some good snap for memory. Surely recommend for this others.

Must have a printer for the voucher. They can take your money and give you an app, but still requires a printer. The directions say to go to Florence Visitors Center but that is a waste of time. They can take at the bus. And...More

We always like to do do one of these tours when visiting a new place. The red line Fiesole route is great, but buses are infrequent (winter timetable). The ticket also includes local buses.

We have done a lot of these in other cities and this is not the best. Good way to see outskirts of city. Audio is limited...mostly music. When the information does come on it is often out of time with when you drive by the...More

Santa Maria Novella
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the
majority of the people arriving in Florence, which
might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists
come across the constant hustle and bustle of the
station before exiting, taking a few steps and
stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It
is impossible not to admire the the square, housing
one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
