A must for anyone visiting Florence - there is so much to see you can easily lose track of time - almost overwhelming. If you really want to see everything properly you will need to put aside a full day. The guided group tours can be a pain as they seem to congregate in front of the artworks for extended... More

this museum is living up to its legendary grandeur. Well-kept (not a flake of dust anywhere, contrary to few museun I saw in Europe). The masterpieces are scattered around so you won't find a cluttering of people just at one place but throughtout the museum. The terrace-Café is worth a stop and not too expensive, although it's funny that the... More

It is easy to understand where and why the so called Firenze syndrome got its name. Art. Art. And More Art. In the case of Uffici also queueing and more queueing, up to 2-3 hours if you did not reserve and pay your ticket on line well in advance. Also then you have to stand quite a bit in line,... More

17th Oct. We are need to catch a train to Venice in afternoon but had few hours to go. What a better thing to do than go to museum Uffici. The paintings of Venus and Spring are just splendid and fill you with joy. The sculpture of sleeping beautiful young girl makes you admire the aesthetic excellence of mastreo. We... More

There is question that Uffici gallery is one of the best museums on the world but if you get a great guide there, you multiply your excitement and enjoy the atmosphere even more. Be careful choosing who you spend time with. We had a great private tour guide in Florence and Florence became a jewel of our trip. Always deal... More

One of the great museums of the world. Bootticelli's Venus and Primivera would be worth the trip alone. Throw in Michelangelo, Da Vinci and Raphael and the fact that it is easy to get around despite the crowds and you have a wonderful experience. For all the famous artists one lesser known piece in the room of Raphael's paintings stopped... More

Been to The Uffizi today, prebooked ticket, cost an extra 4 euros each but worth it to beat the queues. On the whole, we enjoyed the experience but by room 26 we were all cultured out and skimped past the last few rooms. Too much to see in one visit.

If you are love with renessans art you like it ! Collection includes works from the 1300 - 1800 century. I like very much rooms 10-14 Sandro Botticelli. Please allow enough time for input, it is a bit confusing .. "Today, the Uffizi is one of the most popular tourist attractions of Florence. In high season (particularly in July), waiting... More
