My family and I had the BEST time on this tour, and it wouldn't have been so great, if it wasn't for our guide and our tour bu driver (Brando and Carmine). Props to Carmine for driving from Florence to Sienna to San Gimignano to...More

We visited Florence recently and booked 2 tours through Ciao Florence Tours & Travels. The first one was the Cinque Terre day tour which lasts approximately 12 hours. Valentina from the Sales Office was most helpful when answering our questions prior to making the booking,...More

There was adequate time for unhurried, self guided exploration 4 of 5 towns. The tour guides don't lead an actual tour of each towns, but their coordination of transportation between each town (e.g. bus, local trains, and ferry) was a benefit that spares tourists the...More

Very nice tour. Visited the market before class. We made the best bolognese I've ever had! The tiramisu was excellent as well.

This was exceptional! The Ferrari tour was mildly interesting. My tastes run to vehicles that actually look beautiful; mere horsepower, not so much. But the balsamic and parmesan tour were very interesting, educational and tasty! And the lunch outside Modena was great! Several courses including...More

We did the flavours and colours of Chianti tour from about 2.30-7.30 pm. Our guide Marta was very professional and friendly. Plenty of info, but not so much that you felt overwhelmed! The two wine tasting sessions were really good, again with enough info to...More

San Marco
The pleasant atmosphere of this residential area, a
stone’s throw away from the Duomo of Florence,
surprises everyone. A continuous flow of backpacking
students provides the tranquil surroundings for the
elderly residents who sit in Piazza San Marco to read
the daily newspaper. Home to several universities,
including the Academy of Fine Arts, San Marco is one
of the most vibrant cultural centers in the city. A

It's not rushed at all. I felt we were in each stop the right amount of time (approx 1-1.5 hr) that's more than enough time. Up to you but we did this tour with our 2 kids 13 & 10 and we were fine.
