I don't consider myself a fragrance person, but this shop sells the best linen fragrances. Wide variety to choose from: flowery to woody even seasonal smells. This stuff is soooo much better than all those chemical air fresheners on offer.

This year was my first time at Officina de' Tornabuoni, although every year I visit Florence also to have a Panino ai Tartufi in Procacci. Well, it's hard to find words to describe how nicely and professionaly Lorena welcomes you! First of all you may see how in love she is with the brand, secondly she is really professional able to explain why and how each product works out. We chatted for a while as I also told her I had worked in Italy for other professional beauty brands as a product developer and honestly she couldn't do more or better to make me fall in love with this brand. She sprayed "Libreria" and "Alfresco" and rolled on my skin "Gardenia Negra" and also "Libreria" as she noticed I loved it. She was ever so kind that she also gave me 2 samples for what I describe as being the best products I have ever tried in my life!!! The samples were the Illuminating Cream and the Cleansing Serum. Honestly, even as a product developer, I had never tried such amazing products. The Cleansing Serum is just amazing specially for people like me who suffer with dermatitis and sensitive skin in general. The cream, is also fantastic and they both work well together and never have I had such luminous skin. The shop itself is beautiful and please keep it that way, don't modernize as Procacci has putting away beautiful green marble table tops... I visited the shop on Via Tornabuoni. You will find this charming shop by smelling the heavenly scent that wafts over the entire block. Inside the shop, Donatella provided excellent service and gave product information and advice.
