This is a fun members club with food and live entertainment. 5 euros membeship good for a year. Show one is the visible kitchen watching the cooks as they prepare the local hearty dishes. There is a buffet and then the fun starts as the...More

Great food that just keeps coming. Pace yourself! We couldn't understand what most of the food was, but it didn't matter because it was all delicious! Plus, not knowing is half the fun! The night we were there, the show was a trio of musicians...More

Saw on TV and reviews were solid so we decided to try. Location was a bit off the beaten path for us, but as first time visitors to Florence our area knowledge was limited. You have to pay for 'membership' and meal so can be...More

We spent one of our evenings in Florence at Teatro del Sale and could not recommend it enough. The night consisted of a bombardment of different Tuscan / Italian dishes followed by a show - a local blues band this particular night.

Great food! But as expected my lack of Italian meant I couldn't understand the performance!! The atmosphere more than made up for it along with a large consumption of wine..

If you are looking for a different experience while staying in Florence, this is the place to go. I do not think many of the people taking the "typical tour bus tour" know of this place, however the "locals" do. The price includes dinner and...More

Santa Croce
Stop and stare at the beauty and symmetry of the
Basilica of Santa Croce any time day or night.
Unraveling around it are a number of architectural and
artistic masterpieces, from the Synagogue to the
Central National Library. As a hub for young people,
the area gets busy with people who want to have fun: a
continuous flow of tourists and locals become animated
by songs and dances.
