Lovely place to stay
Just home from staying in this lovely small family run hotel. Just a short walk from all the main attractions to see. Situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. This hotel is full of character, the rooms are excellent for size and being well equipped. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with small fridge all important for keeping water and wine cold. Air conditioning in the rooms is lovely after a hot day exploring the sites. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is normal continental but more than adequate with vast choice. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, all very friendly. …

Best tour ever!
My husband and I took an electric bicycle tour with Claudia last summer. We have been to Florence a few times, but this was our first time doing a tour and we are so happy we did! Claudia is very knowledgable about the unique history and architecture of the city. She also speaks English very well and tells lots of cute and quirky stories about Florentine history that you won't hear anywhere else. I highly recommend!…

Bike tour of Florence
I booked the first tour of the day and I ended up being the only one who did, so I got a private tour of Florence. Biking was great because you can see more in a short time, and who doesn't love biking. Claudia was great and had so much information to tell me as well as some extra fun facts or her favorite place to get gelato. She always made sure I was behind her and if we had to go on a busier street she would always warn me. All in all I had a great morning doing the Florence bike tour with Claudia!…

Friendly, Great Knowledge and Can Cater Your Tour
Claudia provided a great walking tour of historical Florence. I appreciate the amount of knowledge she has and her ability to answer questions about specific small details. I was surprised by the level of research she has done to verify historical myths (ex. whether the Etruscans lived in Florence). Also, she is interested in what you will want to see to spend time to focus on things you are interested in. I would recommend taking a tour with Claudia. Also, she can provide information that will help you on other travels you have planned. She is extremely helpful and will add value to your travels.…
