This trip we used bestlimosinrome to take us to Lucca from Rome. Then we did a day your to Cinque Terra which was sensational with Alan who always looks after us well. Horrible experience. The driver was to arrive at 8:30 in Tuscany to drive my husband to the airport to catch an international flight. The driver did not show up until 9:30. What's worse is that no one bothered to advise us. In addition, I was told that the vehicle was a Mercedes and the driver showed up in a minivan. They charged Mercedes price for a minivan. When I called to be compensated they told me they would call me back and obviously never did. They misled us and have no regard for customer service. …

We have used Bestlimosinrome.com several times over the past few years and once again had a brilliant day, thanks to our guide-driver Alan. We booked transfer from AirPort to our hotel in Rome and we had a perfect driver Federico that told a lot of facts about Rome during the drive. They also had the best price and where on time both ways!
