OK I am a little Bias, as my wife family come from Montenero, but this place is magical, her uncle used to drive the Funicolare when it was manual but now it is all automated, it is still fun to do and a great way to get to the Sanitorio.

I warmly recommend this experience not only for adults....take your children trying a means of transportation of the past....It only takes some minutes to get to the Santuario of Montenero. Its ticket is not expensive and this little trip gives you good views. Try it!
