The Duomo is as beautiful as the one in Florence. Maybe some people would not agree but I believe it is. The carvings on the columns, inside and outside, are magnificent. It is in a quite square and really nice to walk around and admire....More

Very busy when we were there but worth taking time to walk around. Very ornate inside and very different from what we expected.

A beautiful cathedral, excellent museu. It is worth going up the tower although its view is not quiet as good as Torre Guinigi's.

The cathedral is impressive and, as in all Italian churches has a free admission. Here you will have to pick up your ticket at the ticket office and you get a slot time to enter. Well worth a wait.

Well worth the hike to see the overall picture of the region. Those with a fear of heights may have a problem with the staircase as the steps are grates and you can see through them.

A must see if in Lucca. Not as beautiful as some other Duomos ( Milan, Florence) but still worth a visit.
