We had a guided tour of the palace which lasted for about an hour. The guide was a Russian lady who spoke very good English and was on the whole a very good guide. The UN palace really consists of two buildings, one much older...More

These guided tours are excellent. Our guide was very experienced and very interesting to interact with. Some security to get in but the price is reasonable and the access is worth it. Grounds are beautiful and the picture taking opportunites aboud. We could see Mont...More

I took the bus upthere from the main railway station. It‘s a nice building and I also took a picture of the entrance.

Pay 12 CHF to enjoy a guided tour of the palais des nations. Daily tours (Monday to Friday) at 10:30,12:00, 14:30 and 16:00. You should be there ahead of time to pass the security line and get a visitor card. The tour is very informative,...More

We arrived early to beat the queues (they can be quite long!) and had to pass through quite strict security (as you would expect). It was well worth it to see a little bit of the organisation that impacts lives across the globe. Our German...More

Lack of information on the website, and poor public transport access caused us to turn up at exactly 12.00 for a 12.00 tour. However upon arrival we were dismissively informed that visitors have to be 15 minutes early - nothing about this is mentioned online

Even if you don't have extensive knowledge on the structure and work of the UN, you should be aware that it has two main 'capitals' - New York and Geneva. The UNOG is the heart of the UN Human Rights work - and it is...More

Palais des Nations is worth a visit. It’s a bit of a climb up the hill or just get a local taxi. It’s the furthest entrance at the top of the hill. Remember to bring your passport if you plan on doing the tour.
