Beautiful building housing two floors of ceramics and glass in a variety of styles, cultures, and sizes. Nice place to check out, since it's free, and just down the street from the United Nations.

Hidden gem. Beautiful exhibits, what a wonderful building. Ceramics, glass, porcelain pieces. Coffee on terrace on a lovely sunny day. Definately return.

The building was built as a private museum that was later donated to the city. It is very beautiful. They have a permanent exhibition on ceramics and porcelain and visiting exhibits too.

We ended up here after visiting the UN. Entry to the general exhibits is free and interesting to those who like antiquities and/or ceramics.

The Ariana museum is primarily dedicated to a collection of old items of china and various pieces of furniture and also there are revolving exhibitions that are for an extra cost, though the main museum is free, as are most that I visited in Geneva....More
