While walking by the Geneva lake during day time you will definitely notice this. It is possible to walk to stand next to it, which is a nice experience.

Do visit the mouth of the Jet, nice place to take photos. You might get wet under the spray, but its a magnificent sight.

From a distance you wonder slightly what the fuss is about, but close to the Jet d'Eau is so impressive! All that power, all that spray!

You see what you see in the pictures. A huge water jet. Nothing more, nothing less. At least is one of the few things in Geneva that is free

I saw this during the day and it didn't appeal to me as much as people had hyped it up to be. Once it got dark and lit up is when I was fascinated by it. It is an incredible fountain and looking at it from a distance you can't truly tell how big it is, it's worth going up... More

I just had a walk around this "jet" about an hour ago, including surrounding area. I've been visiting this city for 27 years and it's still a great sight if the weather is cooperating.
