The elongated stone memorial depicts sculptures of famous personages and their writings in the development of the Reformation and the ultimate toehold garnered by the strict Calvinists, some of whose character remains a part of modern-day Geneva. The Wall is part of a green park...More

Sure, you might as well as see it. The wall IS impressive and the stone statues are equally as impressive (I couldn't help but think of The Lord of the Rings). The wall has a long pool that was crystal clear and remarkably free of...More

Came upon this area strolling the City. The park is quiet and the sculpture of a scale that certainly catches the attention. Not what I would consider a destination, but an interesting stop if touring the religious elements of Geneva.

Although the wall was erected not too far ago, it covers the essence of the calvinism and its major representatives. Visited within the FreeWalk tour of Geneva and got a great insight to the history represented.

What great and historical Wall - make sure you see it with someone who knows the history. Unfortunately when we were there they were erecting a rather large stage in front of it.

We happened on this by chance on our first day in Geneva and were impressed by the sheer scale of it. It appears to well maintained with no graffiti. It is interesting and was surprised by how much of what was there I knew about...More

It's just a park and the stone work of this monument is hardly breathtaking. We had a guide so we heard the whole story. Without the guide . . . . .
