Paid the item directly had to wait almost a week although ordered it via express. Needed to ask twice to receive the item I had already paid…quality of item good

A true Treasure Hunt
My first purchase at Reawake was a Louis Vuitton Montsouris. I received an impeccable customer service, but also an insight into the history and production of this wonderful treasure. Since that day it is my daily companion.

Highly recommend to visit Reawake, while you are staying in Zurich.

Amazing selection, great service
Couples
Paradise for quality and special piece lovers. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Cool mix of clothes, bags, shoes and accessories from top designers such as Chanel, Hermes, Luis Vuitton etc.

We liked the atmosphere and the attention to details. Definitely an insider tip as it is not located in one of the main shopping streets.

After all, we went for a vintage Chanel. Only negative point - all or most for women (but maybe better this way for my wallet;)
