Its true that its toursty. Having said that, its worth a visit to see the flowers, if you're not there in tulip season . I would pass if crunched for time.

It's a neat market with lots of tulip bulbs and other seeds. They also carry some that have the certificates you need to take them out of Europe. This is also right next to a great shopping street, so it's a good area to explore.

Use street view with google maps i've just tried it and can see every shop with that mAYBE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WORK OUT WHICH SHOP IT WAS 8)

You can get to almost any place in Amsterdam in just a few short minutes on a bike . I did just that many times . from the bloomenmarket to the Rijksmuseum or van Gogh is just under 5 minutes by bike . I wanted to say one... More
