Centraal Station is very easy to navigate, easy to read signage and very helpful staff. Many shops and places to grab a bite to eat. Trams to get you around the city stop right out front of the station.

We took the train from the airport to the city. We stayed in the Doubletree which is next door. There are plenty of places to shop and eat. The bus depot is behind the station.

Everything about the station puts the UK to shame. Clean, plenty of ticket machines, easy to navigate, efficient update boards, and on time trains. It made the airport transfer so easy and quick (about 20 mins - 2 stops).
