I sent his online as a thing to do, so thought we would give it a try. It was so interesting. Starts of telling us about the history behind making Heineken and more information about the four ingredients that go into the lager. Then there’s...More
We visited Heineken experience during our 2nd trip to Amsterdam. We thought it was too touristic, but then decided to give it a try. It was so fun, entertaining, staff was helpful and everything was well planned during the tour. We learned a lot about...More
Super fun time checking out some of the history but the interactive parts were entertaining. There are a bunch of reviews and comments that it's a cash grab....duh...what do you think it is? You can be green screened into some fun vids and pics which...More
Great fun if you have a few hours spare. The tour takes you along a weird and wonderful route around the old Brewery. Not to mention the free Heineken you get along the way.
Would recommend taking one of the Heineken canal boat tours which...More
A waste of money, the only good thing about the tour was you got two free beers. The tour was flashy lights, and odd videos. You weren't taught much, you would be better off visiting the local brewery where they show you how they actually...More
Really enjoyed the Heineken experience, however it’s not exactly what I expected. There was a little bit of a “Factory Tour” but it was not as in-depth as I thought it would be. A few random experiences that were cool but not necessary.
If you want to go to learn about Heineken's brewing process, don't even bother. You won't learn much during this experience, especially about the process of brewing. This is more a collection of fancy (but slightly underwhelming) activities lined up one after the other, which...More

Bustling Albert Cuypstraat serves as the main drag through De Pijp and the location for Albert Cuyp Market, the largest and most famous of Amsterdam’s many outdoor markets. Beyond this sometimes-frantic thoroughfare, tiny lanes beckon urban explorers in search of the latest trends and hidden gems. Nearly half the residents living in De Pijp are foreigners and a good number of them are students. Here you'll
find a multitude of ethnic restaurants, great cafes and bars, and a brilliant array of locally owned shops, all catering to a broad range of budgets and tastes.
