Unlike other places in Amsterdam the staff were not friendly at all, barely made eye contact with me and i didn't see them smile once during my visit. The same goes for the security, unlike other places they were not welcoming and I only stayed for one drink as I felt slightly uncomfortable to be there. The one good thing... More

By telling me "This is not a gym", one person from the staff told me to take off my Adidas jacket. Ridiculous, considering how people overall are dressed at this place. Apart from the staff's unfriendly communication, the place was really overcrowded and I can frankly admit I will never go there again.

Very disgusted with the treatment by staff in this club. €0.50 to use the toilet - what a joke! Very aggressive staff, not pleased at all with our experience. Bouncer pretended like he cared about lack of service from others, but really he didn't.

I am in love with this place , and your coffee shop also there is a bouncer who works there who always made feel welcome as he easily recognised me all the time such a cheerful humble man did not get his name though , and I am coming back in October for my birthday for 4th time to Dam... More

We went to Amsterdam for a party weekend with friends, and found ourselves staggering into smokeys. Smokeys definitely left us with a hangover the next day as we took advantage of the 15 jäger bombs for €20, which kicked off our night and got us mortal for a fab night. Bouncers were friendly but having to pay for the toilet... More

Club Smokey was fun! One of the best places on Rembrantplein in my opinion. If you're partying on Rembrantplein, then it's worth a visit.

This club is a must if you are in the area. Do not bother going too early because it will be empty. The club usually starts filling up around midnight. My friends and I went there every night of our 5 night stay in Amsterdam and do not regret it! Drinks are a bit pricey and you have to pay... More
