The premier shopping store in Holland, De Bijenkorf, is located right in Dam Square and all over the country, especially in shopping malls. The flagship store is huge occupying many floors topped off with a deli like cafe. The historic building it is in is...More

This is a big high end department store with high end brand stores and prices to match. A few of us took a look at the watches and the perfume counter, looking for gifts to take back home. Of course the recent decline in the...More

Great store with a variety of top brand retailers. Unfortunately my experience in Louis Vuitton put me off shopping in the rest of the store. The member of staff at LV was rude and unhelpful. Why do some shop staff think they have Meade the...More

A large classy upscale department store as seen in most cities; yet, all have some unique features that make it worth at least a walk through. I sip coffee & eat assorted treats while spouse shops... The 5th floor cafeteria self serve restaurant is actually...More

It's the best department store in The Netherlands. It offers just luxury brands. It has almost everything, shoes and bags, cosmetics, women and men fashion in different levels and different section for each brand, and it has a restaurant in the upper level.

Super choice of foods and drinks. Nice fresh quality on all stuff. Very reasonable prices. Queuing can be a little slow but always worth the wait.

Truly high end shopping, not so many discounts (probably not that time of the year). The cafe on the top floor was really nice, with helpful staff and good coffee and pastries. Worth a visit, and if the price is right you might even do...More

To visit Amsterdam and not explore De Wallen (the

view some of the city’s most picturesque canals,
historic landmarks, and impeccably presented examples
of traditional local architecture – not to mention
Amsterdam’s own Chinatown, Europe’s largest Buddhist
temple and more local treasures. Sure, there are some
