Our guide (Aaron) was great; funny and informative. Overall I would recommend this tour for 2 reasons - good intro to the city upon arrival and to get familiar with city cycling in a 'safe' environment. Do not walk around Amsterdam, cycle it!! Saying that,...More

Perhaps if you booked a private tour for just you guys they may be able to tailor it to make sure its suitable. It's not strenuous but it can be a busy cycle route in parts with other cyclists and tourists walking :)
