Very stunning building where they used to weigh the cheeses in the olden days. It does have a cheese museum upstairs, which we did not visit. There is a cheese shop on the main floor where you can sample the different cheeses and buy souvenirs.

Every saturday you can buy and taste different cheeses made in Holland. I understand you can find cheaper cheese in here.

The Cheese market is only open on Thursday mornings till about 3pm.
