There are many bridges in Rotterdam like many places in Holland. This bridge looks slightly different in comparison to the others.

Wile cruising the Maas on a tourist speed boat excursion, we kept getting distant and close up views of the tall structure which is part of the bridge and stands out with self pronounced pride amongst all of the other sights to see. Since we...More

This 802m structure connects the old docks area to the main part of the city. You can drive, walk or cycle across whilst long, flat barges go about their business underneath.

This is the bridge that gets you across the river Maas. Cars, bikes and pedestrians all have their own lane. Views are amazing.

One of the many bridges to cross the river to get to the main part of the town. Interesting architecture and good views of life on the river.

Take time to wander across and view the sites of the river. Safe walk ways away from the traffic. Take time to stop and marvel at the river traffic or take a detour and have coffee at the Hotel New York.

Although we have seen this bridge a few times now, we still get excited to see it or cross it. Whatever the weather, this bridge will always stand out!

We used the bridge a lot during our stay in Rotterdam to walk to the food factory and as a place for getting our bearings. Worth doing a boat tour to see the views.

Our hotel was at the end of this bridge so we walked to and fro to the city at free time! The bridge itself is an icon and offers a great experience.
