Arboretum Kalmthout was a pleasure to revisit;in february there were many Hamamelis in bloom and other fragant winter flowers.A pleasant shop and plant-nursery and a wealth of rare and more common hardy scrubs and trees underplanted with helleborus and cyclamen.

Such a large arboretum, divided in colors, so many plants, very well maintained. You can easily spent a day here - if you are interested of course and you will discover something new around each corner.

Worth a visit but take your time (3-4 hours) so that you can see everything. There were many trees that I have never seen before. Prices of plant sales were kind of OK. Magnificent garden. 7 € for entrance ticket.
