Enjoyed a lot the collection. The paintings are professionally exhibited, creating a very good museum setting, in terms of presentation and conservation parameters. Highly recommended.

Big and thorough are apt words for this museum which examines in detail the genesis and maturity of a master of Surrealism. A worthy aim, not quite reached but always interesting. A little too long for my taste even when the works are fascinating...

You really need several hours to view and study the paintings of Magritte, a surrealist artist with quite an imagination. The museum has three floors, start at the top to work your way down. An audio guide makes the visit much more interactive. .
