I purchased my ticket online via cell phone while visiting Brussels. Showed up to a bus and was refused entry because they wouldn’t accept the digital ticket for online purchases! The ticket MUST be printed. I’m on vacation and don’t exactly have a laser jet...More

I have done many hop on hop off tours in different countries. This tour was excellent with good commentary 24 euros for one day or 48 for two days was excellent value - one to try

We sat upstairs in a clean and comfortable bus. We did not take advantage of the "hop off" feature. We learned a lot from the narration and saw many places that we would have missed if we were simply walking or riding in a taxi.

This was a great way to get familiar with the layout of the city and sites to see. The tour is best if you can sit up top!

This is very much the same hop-on, hop-off bus experience we've had throughout Europe. Biggest plus was the lack of traffic allowed the bus to stay in motion continually. Always a good way to get one's first look at a city.

Unlike all other sightseeing buses in the world, Brussels sightseeing buses don’t take cards as payment at their ticket booths/ kiosk... And when you pay cash, the staff are quite useless to tell you to pay the exact amount! They even asked us to get...More

Whenever we visit a new city, we like taking the bus tour, and I can say this is the worst amongst all. The commentary is not at all synced with the points of interest, the headphone ports do not work properly, and the stops are...More

Yes that was my dilemma also. The main terminus for the buses is at a square between the station and the Grand Place, and there is also another stop near the train station. However it is best to get a map or directions at... More
