I've lived in Brussels for 3 years and so I was used to the court: a huge building, impressive for its size but not as pretty as it could be because of the permanent scaffolding covering it. When my parents came, we decided to go inside to see what it was like - you have to go through security, but... More

In the interior however imposing and extensive with some statues with the many stairs. Gigantic high halls.

The outside is gorgeous and has loads of statues and photo ops. However, you can't go inside and much of the exterior is under construction

Not very far from royal palace you will find the justice palace. Its very interesting to see the inside of the building which actually operates as court. Very impressive and has a great view of the city. Dont hesitate to walk towards it from royal palace!

This was Europe's tallest building when it was built. Built to impress, and it still does. You feel very small when you walk inside. City of Brussels should be ashamed of themselves for not renovating this beautiful and impressive building. Still in active use as a courthouse.

Tremendous dome you can see for miles - intentionally of course ! When I went, the security / soldiers were only allowing people with passes to enter which is a shame. Anyhow, from the plaza outside there are great panoramic views of the city so well worth the walk to get here.

This building really too big. You can enter inside for free and walk through the halls. It looks good with a lot of small statues and stairs. It's a pity that building was under repair and the exterior facade was hidden.

The architecture of the place is magnificent, really huge and historic. There were renovations when we went, we couldn't get inside, but we just admired the exterior of this huge building with lovely old European style.

We accidently walked by the "Palais de Justice" and decided to take a closer look. The building is very big. Relly large stairs, rooms etc. From the inside we awaited a little more, it's not special. Also it could be a little more clean. You find a lot of dirty places and I think I smelt urin at some points.... More

Wanted to visit it from inside but didn't work out (was too late). But besides of that we were able to get on the stairs to the balcony just for a little trip around the corners. Even this could give great feeling. Absolutely fantastic building, enormous, huge with a number of decorations, columns, stairs. Located on the hill from there... More
