Shame that this place has been left unoccupied. I hear it is being converted into a beer musuem of some sorts, but during my visit it was closed. It is clearly a lovely building, but i would loved to have been inside it.

If we were not told it was the Stock Exchange, we would never have known it. you could not go in it, it was all blocked off. Almost looked like it was abandoned

Allegorical figures adorn its edifice and its columns do stand out flanked by lions. However, it steps are usually full of tourists sitting having lunch and I am not sure that it is ever open inside. Sadly, also it fronts a very busy car thoroughfare....More

It is closed and has been for a number of years. Not far from the Grand Place. The Ionic columns and architecture are the only thing of interest.

This building was the first one I saw when I got out of the Station (took the Tram from Brussels Midi Station to the historic center). It was closed when I arrived so I was not sure if it is accessible to tourist or not....More

I enjoyed hearing about the history of the stock exchange and the use of the building. Quint vendors surround the location.
