The place is pretty cool u get to see miniatures of all the landmarks place in Europe, its make u feel like a kid once again (at lest it did for me). Don't Go with a very high expectation just enjoy your time there

I think a 4 year old would enjoy the walk around but probably not as much as an older child.

From the time you enter the park, I would allow about 2 hours. Around 1-1.25 hours to see the models, plus another 45 minutes to see the interactive E.U. exhibits. Maybe add a little more time if you are planning to take... More
