Nice park to waste away a few hours

Great park to walk around and lose a few hours in. Has a great kids play area and is walking distance from major sites.

Being roughly centrally located, the park is nice for strolling on the way to different sites, and on a warm day it was the perfect spot to relax and meet up with friends. If I had been staying in Brussels longer, this would certainly have been on my list for running.

The weather was warm enough and the sun out so this was the perfect spot for having a take-out lunch purchased nearby.

This park is a really nice place to sit, take a break from urban exploring and just touch down to earth again. It's not too decorative or too plain, but a great space to relax, eat a little bit and enjoy the atmosphere.

I was looking for a park big enough for running and I think Brussels Parc might be the best. There are a lot of runners which is motivating !

This park is the symbolic centre of Belgian. A round the park or very close by you find the royal palace, parlaiment, the office and official home of the prime minister, the offices of the minister, several ambassies for example the U.S., the very big palace of the arts, the museum of film, the museum for music instruments, the head... This is a nice park across from the palace. It's not huge but seems maintained well. Nice for a walk but not a lot to see.
