We came to the market on a Friday mid morning and it was busy but not uncomfortably busy. We didn't buy anything but it was nice to wander round and see some weird and wonderful things! Very odd mixture of things. There are some cool antiques shops along the road from here too.

I did not find anything to keep me here. A quick walk through, with an occasional browse of the less junky stuff, took 30 minutes. If you really interested in looking for antiques or better quality interesting pieces then I'd suggest the town of Tongeren on a Sunday morning where the town hosts the Benelux's biggest antique market - though... If yoiu like vintage furniture, deco, clothes, it's the place. Rue haute, rue blaes, place jeu balle, a flea market and tons of boutique and vintage shops!

this is a daily event, starting about 6am and running to lunchtime, it is a kaleidoscope of junk and stuff, from piles of clothes, scarves, to books, yesterdays and tomorrows antiques with very colourful characters doing the bidding. Be prepared to haggle or die ... Go during the week - prices are lower than at weekend where there is the... More

I don't know why this item , flee market come two times in T.A, but because for some reasons it is an important place, I write in both of them. For people who interested or remember TinTin adventures, it is the place that at the first of "The Secret Of The Unicorn " Tintin found a small ship , decided... More

This was a much bigger market than I thought it would be. It contains lots of clothes, beauty products and a very large section of fruits and veg. Most of the stall holder are immigrants and this is reflected in the products that are for sale - which for me was great as I could get some very juicy Maroccan... More

It's definitely a flea market, not an antiques fair! Fun to walk around & hear many languages. I found some lovely tiny spoons and a pristine piece of linen. Probably would not be as enjoyable on a bad-weather day.

This is a fantastic flea market. The best day to visit it is Sunday morning. The rest of the week is not as lively. The square is large and surrounded by red brick buildings including a church. On Sundays the bars and cafes around it liven up and there is good jazz music live, Belgian beer and simple food.

If you enjoy flea markets, this is one for you. People there were open and very diverse! Saw people from lots of different cultures and they're were all selling personal stuff which printed a nice atmosphere in the place.
