Myself and my girlfriend are both into comic books, so we had a blast. The exhibits go into the history of comic strips, and there are some great examples of different genres as well. We happened to be there for an exhibit on Chinese comics...More

I came out of this exhibition with an appreciation of how much artistic skill and work is put into this graphic entertainment that we all enjoy in some shape of form. From the single frame newspaper satirical take on current affairs, to the full on...More

This museum is super fun and informative. I learnt a lot about comics but also Belgian history. It's a shame there aren't comics from more countries and in more languages but as a glimpse at Belgian comic art it's pretty great.

The building itself is actually more impressive than the museum. If you’re into architecture you’ll probably really like it! Some of the comic book info was really cool and I found some to be meh. If you have kids and are looking for something to...More

Great museum! Walking distance from the main square. If you grew up reading comic books you’ll love it. Across the road there. Is another comic museum that we found my accident. It’s free entry and worth going in. :)

We spent 3 hours in this building. The building itself is an old warehouse designed by Horta, that was renovated and converted into the comic strip museum. It's well done. Also showing how comics develop. There's a nice cafe, a library and a good shop....More

It's an interesting place for comic book fans. They have many different comic stories for exhibition. There is even a library on the first floor. The downside is that not every comic story has its original items in this museum. Sometimes there are just large...More

The museum is open every day from 10am – 6pm, this much-loved museum is a must-see – even if you’re not that fussed on the idea of comics. The Comics Art Museum has been honouring the creators and heroes of comics for more than 25...More
